Diane Mills is a licensed real estate agent, co-founder and partner of Global Agents, LLC, powered by eXp—a fast-growing international organization committed to helping real estate professionals sell more homes through expert training, mentorship, systems, technology, and strategic leverage.

With over 25 years of experience in media, marketing, and entrepreneurship, Diane brings a powerful combination of storytelling, brand strategy, and sales expertise to the real estate space. She began working with industry leader Matt Battiata over a decade ago, first as his Account Manager in radio and TV advertising and then through her boutique advertising agency. That partnership evolved into a dynamic business collaboration focused on scaling agent success and redefining what’s possible in the real estate industry.

In early 2023, Diane cold-called top-producing agent and Team Leader Ross Stout. Eight months later, Ross joined eXp, and together, the three formed Global Agents, LLC, an organization dedicated to building the most professional and productive agent network in the business.

Diane focuses on leading growth for the Global Agents organization and the Stout Team. Additionally, she is an active agent all over San Diego county, delivering white-glove service to sellers and buyers alike.

Beyond her real estate work, Diane is a UCLA graduate and an active community volunteer. She has been involved with the National Charity League and many other local nonprofits. Currently she serves on the Mira Costa College Foundation Board, focused on providing financial support to students in need. Together with her husband Brian, she’s also owned and operated restaurant franchises for over 30 years. They have two grown children and enjoy all that life in San Diego has to offer.
