David Nitsche is a Southwest Florida real estate professional with nearly 10 years of full-time experience and a foundation in the industry that goes far deeper than most. His career began in college, building custom luxury homes while finishing school at night. That path led him to oversee some of Southwest Florida's most ambitious development projects — including large condominium communities, a hotel, retail and office spaces, a convention center, and a 225-slip marina. He later founded and ran his own construction company for six years, specializing in high-end renovations and consulting for local developers.

Since becoming a full-time real estate agent in 2016, David has channeled that hard-won expertise into serving buyers, sellers, and investors across both residential and commercial markets. His ability to evaluate a property the way a builder or developer would — not just a salesperson — gives his clients a genuine edge.
